Speaking test
Part 1 (Interview)
– Do you study or work?
– Why did you choose this field of study or job?
– Where do you stay at the moment?
– What do you like about the area where you live?
– What age range of people mostly live in your area?
– Do you stay up late at night? Why or why not?
– How do you usually feel when you wake up after staying up late?
– Do you prefer mornings or evenings? Why?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe a situation when you complained about something and got a positive result. You should say:
– what the complaint was about
– who you complained to
– what the result was
and explain how it made you feel.
Part 3 (Discussion)
– Do you think companies should take customer complaints seriously? Why?
– How do complaints help companies improve their services or products?
– Why do some customers hesitate to complain even when they are unhappy?
– Do you think complaints are more effective when made online or face-to-face? Why?
– How has technology changed the way people make complaints?
– In your opinion, can complaints always lead to positive changes? Why or why not?
